FAUX LEATHER TECHNIQUE with Frenchie
This was a really interesting and simple technique. It would be really wonderful for the masculine cards (nature, animals, tools) we don't make enough of. But, even as a nice vintage look -- it really rocks! Check it out.

Ok, it's obvious I am a big Kim VD fan, because I found yet another great video of hers showing us how to brayer an embossing folder in order to make the most beautiful monogrammed card. It would make a beautiful gift for Christmas or birthday. If you need my mailing address, just let me know (shameful hint here).

ACETATE/WINDOW SHEET Card by Dawn Griffith
I love using acetate. It's just so different than using basic cardstock. Makes your art unique and fun. But, you must use the Stazon ink pads. Regular ink pads don't work on the acetate.

SHADOW BOX CARD by Dawn Griffith
Love this idea. You can even mail the card too even though it's a shadow box card. The birthday card she shows at the end of the video is really adorable too. Gotta make this one.

Satin Ribbon Roses by Jackie Topa - Pretty!!!
I was hesitant to watch this video as I have never had much luck making these ribbon roses. For some reason, they start to get too loose and fall apart. However, after intently watching Jackie (only once), I was able to make a very nice little ribbon rose!!! You have no idea how excited I was!! :) Please give it a try.

Snoopy
Put a Beagle on your license plate!
Hi! If you’re visiting this site, you’re probably either a Snoopy aficionado (and who isn’t?) or a fan of California museums (and who isn’t?).
What we’re trying to do here is bring the world’s favorite beagle to license plates in California, and help our state’s museums at the same time.
Are you ready to make Snoopy history?

SHIMMER SPRAY custom made - by BC Sherrie
Ok, so if you are a stampin maniac like me, then you totally know about this new SMOOCH SPRAY that's out now and shimmers like the rays of the sun (I'm dramatic, but you get my meaning). It's really awesome stuff. Adds SO MUCH beauty to your cards, ribbon, tags, etc. But, colors are limited. Here's a video on how to make your own custom colors of shimmer spray. Very easy (and as you know by now, I love EASY) to do. Happy stampin!!

BABY MOOSE IN SPRINKER
I absolutely adore animals, and do lots to help find them homes, educate people on responsible care, and providing a forever home to these lovable critters. I have learned throughtout my life that they have always offered me unconditional love, and were one of the priceless constants in my life, even today. So, from time to time, you will see a moving video about some animals just because I LOVE them SO MUCH. I hope you enjoy this one - it shows the pure innocence of these amazing animals. They brought happy tears to my eyes as well. God bless them, big and small. I first saw this on Facebook while checking out Stamping School.com

STENCILING TECHNIQUES by Tim Holtz
You can apply these ideas with any stencil (SU has some NEW beautiful stencils right now that I am doing the HAPPY DANCE about - I put my left foot in, I put my left foot out, I put my left foot in and I shake it all about...oh, sorry, I got off topic). Anyway, this guy is pretty brilliant, especially with his idea of stamping over the stencil with some fine words in a background stamp. Really cool. Check it out.
